Whenever you meet someone for the first time, whether personally or professional, it is a big turn off to be talked at with a “I have something great and you need it even though I don’t know you” approach. The communication is closed and the relationship is stalled if not derailed.

We are all busy and have a restricted amount of time, professional and personal, so we need more from our interactions than being talked at, sold something or just plain polite small going nowhere conversations.

Bottom line, people don’t want to know what you think until they think that you care.

It’s a well-known mantra that it’s not what you know but who you know. The reality is, connecting is about who knows YOU AND how well you’ve invited, engaged and expanded that relationship by providing value with integrity. Conversations are occurring all day long, with ourselves and others. How many of those is the true purpose communicated, reciprocal and mutually beneficial, the connection is stronger and has room for all perspectives?

As a member of the InRich Women’s Network, you will have the space to have REAL Conversation that engage the other, share REAL 60 Second Stories, and expand on the relationship to create opportunities that are mutually beneficial.

The membership will provide you access to:

• a full day workshop that will provide REAL training (see details below),
• monthly community gatherings where relationships come first,
• monthly agenda on topics relevant to how a busy woman can authentically connect in all area’s of her life,
• speakers that add value and provide resource that will enhance that’s month’s topic (no “pitching” allowed!),
• a ‘Member’s Only’ online gathering place for community updates and support

Members of the InRich Women’s Network will receive the Let’s Get REAL and Your REAL 60 Sec Story training, be a part of a community that encourages success and find the support to be your most authentic self in all environments. Through the training and the monthly meetings, you will:

• opening the lines of communication through enhanced listening and creative dialogue,
• evoking engagement, understanding and motivation,
• discover strategies for reciprocal support through the evaluation of individual and mutual goals,
• engage in creating your REAL life through an awareness of your individual strengths.
